Meet the Founders
Dominique Schuster and Bianca Termini are longtime friends and creative partners with a passion for bringing people together. They built Toastworthy as a space where creativity meets precision and no detail is ever left behind.
Dominique Schuster
Co-Founder
Hi, I’m Dominique Schuster—a creative strategist, brand marketer, performer, and party enthusiast born and raised in Las Vegas.
My background in music and performance has taken me from the stages of American Idol to appearances on Glee and Meet the Goldbergs. That love for connecting with people through storytelling continues to fuel everything I do, whether I’m singing on stage or bringing a brand to life.
I earned my Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and built my career with renowed brands such as R&R Partners, where I worked on the brand team for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority—home of the iconic “What Happens Here, Stays Here” campaign. Today, I lead the marketing efforts for Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas shows, helping drive visibility, ticket sales, and creative campaigns for some of the most beloved productions in the world.
Outside of my marketing career, I co-founded Toastworthy Events & Entertainment to help others celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Whether it’s a milestone party, intimate gathering, or full-scale activation, I love planning experiences that feel immersive, stylish, and unforgettable.
Most importantly, I’m a proud mom of two beautiful children and one very spoiled fur baby, a wife to my high school sweetheart, and a Disneyland lover through and through. And yes, I still perform as a vocalist here in Las Vegas, because once a performer, always a performer.

Hi, I’m Bianca Termini and I’ve called Las Vegas home for over 25 years, and I know this vibrant city is all about unforgettable moments — exactly what I love bringing to life for our clients.
Crowned Miss Teen Nevada, Miss Nevada, and Mrs. Nevada, I mastered the art of poise, presentation, and polished detail—skills that now define my signature approach to event design. Backed by two earned degrees and a deep appreciation for creativity, I craft bespoke celebrations infused with sophisticated touches, ensuring each experience is as refined, distinctive, and unforgettable as the guests it honors.
When I’m not planning events that are truly toastworthy, I work as a dedicated physical therapist assistant, where I love helping people feel their best every day — something that inspires the care and thoughtfulness I bring to my events as well.
Outside of the clinic and co-founding Toastworthy, you can usually find me checking out a new coffee shop, flowing through a reformer Pilates class, or spending quality time with my husband and our three fur babies.
From intimate gatherings to lavish soirées, my goal is always the same: to craft a seamless, stunning experience that feels effortless for you and exceptional for your guests. I believe every occasion deserves to be celebrated beautifully, down to the very last detail.
